For those who don't know about the incredible organization that I work for: 

Family Reach is a national nonprofit that helps people with cancer afford their basic needs so they can maintain access to live-saving care. 

We focus on non-medical expenses like housing, food, and transportation because we know that surviving cancer requires more than medicine. We help families who don’t have enough income to keep up with these everyday expenses on top of their treatment costs.

Our programs focus on reaching those who are the most vulnerable to financial distress. Over half the families we support lost half or more of their income to undergo treatment or be a caregiver. 

Imagine having to decide if the limited money you have should be used for gas or used to feed your family? Or knowing you only have enough money to pay for your mortgage or rent, but won't have any left over to keep the electricity one? These are the struggles families are facing while going though cancer treatment. 

Family Reach has proven solutions that help people reach the other side of their diagnosis. We believe no family should have to choose between their health and their home.
