My Story…

The Patrick Graham Foundation has teamed up with the Duffy Health Center to launch the Duffy Health Falmouth Road Race Team. I, alongside my sister and 3 cousins, will be running in memory of Patrick Graham. 


The Patrick Graham Foundation is guided by a simple principle: No one should suffer from drug addiction alone or feel shame associated with the disease


The mission of the Duffy Health Center...improve the quality of life for persons who are homeless or at risk of homelessness on Cape Cod through community collaborations and the provision of integrated medical, mental health, addiction treatment, case management, and housing support services
