My Story…
July is my birthday month🥳 This year I’m running the 2023 Falmouth RoadRace on behalf of the nonprofit organization, WellStrong.
WellStrong is a community environment that supports anyone with a desire to maintain recovery through fitness, mindfulness and other wellness activities. The support of peers, all aiming to achieve their goals, creates an environment of healing, strength and empowerment.
