Help Jaclyn raise money

My journey with Alzheimer's began two years ago. As I was returning to work at the end of my maternity leave with my daughter, my mother was diagnosed with the disease after a rapid increase in forgetfulness and confusion. Although I still feel that we are beginning our journey with Alzheimer's, the speed with which this disease has taken over my family's life has been remarkable, as my mother has recently been placed in a memory care facility. There's nothing I wouldn't give to have the mother I knew back with me and to give my children the grandmother she always wanted to be.
