My Story…
I am excited to once again be running the Falmouth Road Race for the Mental Health Collaborative (MHC). Did you know that 50 percent of all lifetime cases of mental illness begin by age 14 and 75 percent begin by age 24? The MHC is dedicated to ending stigma and improving mental health literacy across communities throughout education and awareness. With your help we can continue to help those with mental illness. Any contribution would be greatly appreciated.
Last summer the Falmouth race was definitely a very hot tough run but knowing I was running to help others kept me going and is what is bring me back to this race so I greatly appreciate your support. My profile picture is a great group of friends I ran with all with the same mission.

Our mission is to build informed, resilient communities through education and awareness. We hope to improve mental health literacy in as many communities as we can.
