Help Michele raise money

I have the fantastic job of supporting families of children with rare genetic disorders, medical complexities, and serious illness at Mary Bridge Children's hospital in Tacoma, WA. I am the Nurse Manager for our Complex Primary Care, Palliative Care, and Physical Medicine & Rehab clinics. 

Each day is different, humbling, and inspiring. The children and families we support are some of the most amazing, courageous, fierce, loving, and often funny humans that I have ever met. They navigate a complicated healthcare system, juggling multiple providers, appointments, procedures, equipment, and medications while trying to care for their child and live life. They fight every day for services, inclusion, and equipment (such as hospital beds, medical strollers, and supportive seating) while trying to love and care for their child. All this, while making difficult medical decisions along the way. 

I am grateful for the work CPN does and for the amazing support they provide to families, caregivers, and healthcare providers. I am so excited to raise money and run for Team CPN again this year. Thank you for helping to support these special children and their amazing families!
