I'm running the Falmouth Road to END ALZ!
Hi there! For the second year in a row, I will be running the Falmouth Road Race on behalf of Team END ALZ.
I am thrilled to be apart of a great team running for an extremely important cause. More than 6 million Americans are currently living with Alzheimer's. By 2050, this number is projected to rise to nearly 13 million. About 1 in 9 people age 65 and older (10.7%) has Alzheimer's and almost two-thirds of Americans with Alzheimer's are women. Last year I was able to raise $1,500.00, and I am hoping to raise an additional $500 for a goal of $2,000.00.
Every dollar raised goes towards finding a cure for Alzheimer's- the first survivor is out there. Thank you and see you at the finish line!!
