Help Kristina raise money

Hello everyone,

My name is Kristina Pelletier. l am a

Cape Cod Native, born and raised Falmouth resident. I am very proud to be running my 6th Falmouth Road Race and this years 51st ASICS

Falmouth Road Race.

I started my running journey in 2007 shockingly after an ACL injury. In 2012, after recovering from my first broken foot I committed to training for the Falmouth Road Race, something I never thought I would accomplish.

The idle times of being down was certainly giving me the fuel to burn, finding my inner strength, to be uncomfortable for necessary change, to work my maximum, to challenge myself, for clarity, to persevere and to overcome. 

This inner strength within allowing me to long distance run has gotten me through hardships from health, emotional and physical times that life has thrown my way. 

In between this journey I had a set of twins. I have 3 children total ranging from 13 to 8 years old whom I adore with all my heart and soul. 

While running for my personal health and wellness, I  am also using it as a tool to lead by example. To help the people I love in my life find their inner strength through running and planting their seed to health, wellness and their own personal physical strength. 

Through my own lessons within this journey I have had the privilege and honor of helping train, guide and run along side with 3 special individuals in my life for the Falmouth Road Race. Two of these individuals this year have committed themselves to this beautiful and life changing event and we have chosen to dedicate this run to raising funds for The Team Chase Foundation.

Team Chase Foundation was founded by my sister, Brooke Debarros for the legacy and greatest love, her son and my nephew, Chase Soares after tragically losing him to a car accident in 2020. This foundation has been created and its mission Is:

"Committed to enhancing the lives of others, by igniting a renewed spirit among humanity through random acts of kindness, compassion and giving!"

Chase was the epitome of strength, and perseverance with a great love for his family and passion for basketball. His hard work and dedication to what he was passionate about is the strength that I look for within myself with every challenge that meets me head on.

Through the heart shattering time of losing Chase and watching all of our family and friends navigate in their own way to get through without him here on this earth, I see very special attributes that spark their connection to Chase. 

After a second time of breaking the same foot with a long 9 month and very painful recovery last year,  I am back to doing what I LOVE!!

The Team Chase Foundation is dedicated to helping this world become a better place. Committed to helping in community projects, supporting youth athletics and aiding our youth with college scholarships while loving and caring for people all over the world with one random act of kindness at a time.

All funds donated will go directly to The Team Chase Foundation.
