Help Kelsey raise money

I am so excited to join Team Cape Abilities year.  Cape Abilities mission is to "serve individuals with disabilities on Cape Cod by educating, counseling and providing residential, therapeutic, social and employment support that empowers them to achieve meaningful and valued roles in the community" 

One of my patients Roger volunteered at Cape Abilities, it was a big part of his life. He often spoke about the work he did there while getting infusions. He would light up just talking about it.  I was even able to tour the farm with him. It was so near and dear to him. I am so glad to be a part of this team and raise money for this community.
