My Story…
Hey friends!
I’m so excited to run my very first Falmouth Road Race for Duffy Health Center, alongside my brother, Tom & three of my dear cousins: Jackie, Maura, and George. This August we are all running in memory of our angel and beloved cousin, Patrick.
The Patrick Graham Foundation has developed a strong partnership with Duffy Health Center, specifically raising funds for their Moms Do Care program.
The mission of Duffy Health Center is "to provide equitable, integrated primary health care and support services to persons who are experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness on Cape Cod, and to improve the quality of life for vulnerable and marginalized populations through community collaborations, leadership, and advocacy."
