Hi Friends!
Join me in supporting an AMAZING organization on the Cape as I run the Falmouth Road race this year to raise funds for B FREE Wellness.
B FREE Wellness heals personal and community trauma through the empowering integration of mental health, physical wellness, and holistic services. No one is ever turned away due to financial hardships. Their goal is to remove all barriers to wellness, movement, and mental health services.
