On August 20 I’ll be running the Falmouth Road Race, 7 miles in support of a fantastic local Cape Cod organization, B FREE Wellness. Not only do I love the name 😊 I also support their mission to help those in recovery through body movement and mindfulness. Please join me as I run and help make a difference for those who are working to change their lives. Thank you!
