Team Eye and Ear Falmouth 2023
Hey all my name is Danielle Healy and I am proud to be running the Falmouth road race for Mass Eye and Ear! I was born with a connective tissue disorder which has cause many of my joints and ligaments to be extremely loose and easy to tear, resulting in extreme flexibility. When I was 15 years old I lost complete vision in my left eye due to a retinal detachment. Dr. Sheldon Buzney repaired the tear at Mass Eye and Ear and completely restored my vision allowing me to continue everything I loved in childhood without him I would not have been able to commit us all my favorite sports and activities. I am beyond proud to be chooses by Mass Eye and Ear to run in support of the hospital and all the physicians and nurses. If you are able to donate and help me reach my goal of $1000 I would greatly appreciate it and look forward to August 20th in Falmouth!
