My Story…
Hike For Hospice 2023
Our family will be participating in our 3rd annual Hike for Hospice in memory of our son, Everest. The Chatham-Kent Hospice is near and dear to our hearts, as they graciously provided us with support when our son Everest was born still. We worked with such a kind and caring counsellor who helped us navigate life when we didn't know how to. This is just one way that the hospice helps many families within our community, when they are facing the end of life. We have truly enjoyed hearing all the ways that the Chatham-Kent Hospice has supported so many of our friends and family. We are so fortunate to have such a great resource within our community.
