My Story…
I'm running to raise funds for West Lincoln Memorial Hospital - specifically the West Niagara Mental Health program.
These funds go to assist in creating innovative treatment strategies for mental health and substance use disorders.
I am aiming for a personal best time this race - a sub20 5km race.
