The mountains have given me the strength to know myself very deeply and it's time to pass that on!  

The opportunities I had as a young adult to travel, study and work in the field of experiential outdoor education have been integral to my self confidence and awareness. I was fortunate to be given this space to learn to navigate vulnerable terrain and systems in nature and it is a medium for personal growth that continues to open my heart daily.  

Not everyone has the same opportunities and I'd like to make this accessibility grow.  Please join me and my beautiful friend Michele so that together we can empower this future generation of female-identifying mountaineers in the countries of Afghanistan and Pakistan and support them in the face of oppression to become leaders in the mountains and in the world!
