My Story…
Thank you for visiting my page. As many of you know, Migraine disease has greatly impacted my life. Having migraine since preteen years, up until present day. Unfortunately, both of my daughters also have migraine. Many of you know the heavy toll migraine has taken in each of our lives. The debilitating effects are much more pervasive than many know. It's not "just a headache".
I always say, with life, there is hope. It took about 45 years for a migraine medication to be developed that is effective for me. It's not perfect, but it gives me hope.
That's what this walk is. It gives us hope, it gives us support knowing we are not alone, and gives us friends that don't need an explanation to why you can't do something.
Here's hoping more treatment and support will continue in the years ahead.
