Help us raise money

Hello there!

We are training for the 1in5K Dyslexia run on Sept 30 to raise critical awareness and funds for kids with language-based learning disabilities in Arizona.

We run to help our child and others like her so she can have access to a level playing field inside and outside the classroom.  We run in support of the science of reading as the statewide norm, and til every educator has the training they need to close the current knowledge gap. We run so the 20% who have dyslexia aren’t left in the reading lurch. 

When it comes to basic literacy, access to appropriate education, and socio emotional well being, ALL kids deserve to thrive.

Our goal for the 1in5 is to build our team to 30 members (virtual and in person) so we qualify for nominating one AZ educator to attend dyslexia training.

Register as a *virtual* (or in person) team member by following the registration link on our page ❤️🏃🏽‍♀️ It costs $15-$35, depending on your age and virtual/in-person status, but either way you get your own medal and race day tee shirt.

A donation in any amounts of course, is welcome if registering is not for you, though—-no gift is too small!
