Help Mina raise money

This will be my 10th year running in the FCRR. Over the past years, I have raised almost $35,000 through the generosity of family, friends and colleagues! My connection to the commitment to find the cure began on January 17, 1986, when our daughter, Shauna, then aged 5, was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes. Our lives changed overnight. Robert and I made a deal with Shauna at that time that we would help researchers find the cure by raising funds and her responsibility was to look after herself as best she could. We both have kept our promises to each other and in 2016, Shauna and Stephen presented us with a very special gift – a beautiful grandson, Sterling Bernard, who is now my inspiration to run in search for the cure for his Mommy.
