My Story…
The premise of Level Osteopathy is to allow for a safe space where the public can receive individualized care. Where concerns can be discussed openly and expert advice, treatment, and coaching are provided. The Lighthouse for Grieving Children & Families is much the same. They are a non-profit charity offering a primary approach to care for children stricken by grief over the loss of a loved one. Grief is the primary cause of mental illness for many young adults medically, yet goes unnoticed by grants and funding opportunities offered by the province of Ontario. Making the Lighthouse a true not-for-profit charity.
Please join me in this fundraising event RUN4LIGHTHOUSE as our clinic forms a team to run the 5K or walk the 1K route in support of this amazing charity that uplifts the spirits of so many.

Lighthouse offers children, youth, and their families a place to receive free grief support and to connect with others on a similar journey. They need time, space, and understanding as they try to cope with their pain and readjust to a life forever changed. Lighthouse offers a community of understanding at a time when families are at their most vulnerable.
