My Story…
I am proud to participate in the HBCU Run/Walk. I participated last year and discovered it was one of the most rewarding experiences in my adult life. Seeing all the HBCU grads from my Tenor at Morris Brown motivated me to work harder professionally as well as become more active. I turned 50 last year and I truly believe living a healthy lifestyle is more important than ever before. I hope to motivate other woman (especially African American women) to get out and MOVE!!!
