Raise money for Ceres Community Project
Ceres Community Project is a nonprofit serving Sonoma and Marin counties. We deliver nourishing medically tailored meals to families facing a health challenge like cancer or heart disease. The meals are prepared with love by teen volunteers who learn to cook and eat for health, gain job skills and give back to their community. Eighty-five percent of our clients receive these services completely free of charge, thanks to the generosity of our volunteers and donors.
