This year Curves of Santa Rosa will be supporting The American End of Endo Project while walking the Human Race. Endometriosis, also known as "endo" is a chronic condition in which tissue (similar to uterine tissue) is found outside the uterus. These tissues form lesions on organs and the lining of the body. Endo can cause organs to stick together. Endo affects 1 in 10 women. Early diagnosis is important for people who have endometriosis. There is no cure but remission is possible. AEEP provides easy to understand information, advocates for whole-person health and removes common barriers patients encounter when seeking remission from the condition. Curves features a complete 30- minute workout that is fun fast and safe as well as educate women in the subject of Pelvic floor health and proper core engagement, with our Health and Wellness series of classes.
