Help Erica raise money

Like many of you, I could probably reach my arms out in any direction and know a loved one who has been affected by Cancer in one form or another. The Livestrong program is at the heart of getting survivors active while building necessary support with others who are going through or have been through similar situations. With the Livestrong Program survivors and family members are provided a supportive community where people impacted by cancer can connect during treatment and beyond. Through the Livestrong Program at the YMCA participants are able to move beyond cancer building muscle and strength, increasing flexibility and endurance and improving confidence and self-esteem while making life long friendships along the way. It’s truly a program that helps heal through the mind, body, and soul which is definitely something near and dear to me.
