Our story…
Hi! Welcome to the Stronger Together Team fundraiser page! This is a combination of friends, family and colleagues of Courtney Clark.
The Feathers 5k is a fundraiser event for Atlanta Cancer Care Foundation (ACCF). ACCF provides critical financial assistance to Metro Atlanta cancer patients, regardless of facility, that need help dealing with the often overwhelming costs associated with a cancer diagnosis and treatment. ACCF provides more than a financial boost, by providing grants to individuals and families they are reminded that they are not alone and they are surrounded in a supportive community of Courage, Hope and Strength that is needed as they fight the disease.
My goal in creating this fundraising page is to raise $10,000 on behalf of ACCF as I personally know the hardship associated with supporting a family member through cancer diagnosis and treatment and am well aware of how important a positive mental attitude, a supportive community and comradery are as an individual or loved one experiences cancer.
Please join me in this fundraiser for ACCF! And more than anything I would love to see you on the race course on Saturday, June 3rd as a fellow runner, walker, volunteer or cheerer on of people!
