The McGrath family lost our matriarch on January 10^th, 2018. 

Thanks to the supportive & caring staff at Innisfree House, she lived her remaining days in comfort in a home-like setting, surrounded by her family. 

Lisaard & Innisfree Hospice provides quality, palliative care in a peaceful surrounding while supporting the individual (and family) through the end of life journey. 

We’ve participated in the HIKE FOR HOSPICE every year since Peg passed away. When Covid hit, rather than hiking en masse with hundreds of others at one location, one year we participated "virtually" by completing the hike in our own in our neighbourhoods, . By donating what you can, you'll be helping Waterloo Region families that may one day need to reach out for hospice care for a family member. We want to ensure that families in Waterloo Region will be able to continue to access this gem of a facility. We're HIKING FOR HOSPICE on Sunday June 4^th, 2023.
