Volunteer Support
| Volunteer support is absolutely crucial to the success of any event, no matter how big or small. If you have an hour or two on a Saturday in August, consider supporting the inaugural Summer Short Track Shootout at Renaissance Park in Charlotte. It's a SUPER easy, a great way to connect with friends of similar interest and you'll be supporting a great cause with Teal Butterfly. The main support job we need during the event is helping manually score participants for a our backup timing. The event is timing using amazing technology with timing chips on the participant number but chip timing isn't without error. Custom Short Track koozies will be given to everyone who volunteers! |  |
