My Story…
After receiving my breast cancer diagnosis in 2019, I became part of the sobering statistics of 1 in 8 women diagnosed with breast cancer. My amazing family and friends rallied around myself and my family to provide a support system bringing us meals, cancer survivor packages and lots of love as I underwent treatments. I had 4 different types of chemotherapy, a mastectomy, 31 radiation treatments and countless hours of rehab. I am alive today thanks to the efforts of a team of experts from Magee Women's Hospital and the Hillman Cancer Center. Please join me in raising funds that will impact research efforts for all cancers effecting women. Every dollar counts! The women you love thank you!
