In memory of Jake Matthew Haambuckers 🐝

Jake Matthew Haambuckers was born sleeping on September 15, 2022. He was perfect and he is ours.  We will forever love and remember our baby boy. 

We want to recognize and thank the incredible team of nurses, doctors and support staff at BC Women’s Hospital and Dr. Deacon for all of their care and continued support. 

When Jake died, we received a bereavement box on behalf of the Butterfly Run. There’s no words to describe what is like to leave the hospital with a box instead of your baby but we were so thankful to have Jake’s life validated and to keep whatever memories we could.
