Who are these people?
They aren't ours by blood or name
And yet they send me flowers and tacos
And text me things that make me weep
They bring prayers and coffee
And hold me when I leave the room crying.
They love both my sons (one in heaven, one on earth)
Waiting with me in sorrow
And in hope.
