Do you need the final two CANADA Medals? Now you can 'Catch Up', earning the fifth and sixth letters of the CANADA Medals, completing your collection.
Participants are responsible to complete 2 x 5K distances of their own choice, can be with friends, and can be simultaneously while completing another event.
Participants will receive the fifth and sixth CANADA medals, 'D' & 'A', and a custom event bib - either during 2023 race kit pick up, OR mailed with their 2023 Virtual race kit if they are participating in our virtual event, OR can be mailed in advance by selecting the mailing option below).
NB: If you are completing two or more distances in the 2023 Canada Day Weekend event, either on site, or virtually, please add these medals in that registration process rather than here. This option is only for those that are NOT doing two distances in the 2023 event.
