I do my best every day to put a smile on my face and find a reason to laugh every day. I really do my best to not let living with migraines take over my life. Some of you may also be aware that the last year or so has not been easy and I have faced some setbacks, but I refuse to let that keep me down. As some of you may know, I have been diagnosed with Chronic Migraine, along with several other variants of migraine. I try my hardest not to let that stop me from being ME. I do my best every day to put a smile on my face and find a reason to laugh every day. I really do my best to not let living with migraines take over my life. Some of you may also be aware that the last year or so has not been easy and I have faced some setbacks, but I refuse to let that keep me down. But one thing I am learning (although not always easy) is to keep moving forward and put one foot in front of the other. That is why I am participating in this year’s Miles for Migraine Virtual 5k!
I would love it if my friends and family would join along with me! This year I have created my own team – Q’s Conquerors – I know that I am not the only one that has migraines. And I know that my friends and family are just as strong and we go forward and nothing brings us down. So please consider joining the team or making a donation. I am planning on doing my walk on Saturday, October 7th – Place: TBD – if you wanna join me in person.
Thank you for considering. Love you all
