Virtually United 99 - MILE CAPTAINS CHALLENGE

All registrants receive a commemorative Aaron Judge Bobblehead

Join runYankees in celebrating and honoring the newest Captain of the New York Yankees' Aaron Judge this summer.

Participants in the Virtually United Captains Challenge are asked to complete a total of 99 miles by August 31, 2023, with any pace, place, and distance they choose. By completing the 99 miles over the course of 3 months, participants will pay homage to Aaron Judge for his commitment to excellence on and off the field.

Please note: The 99 miles can be completed at your own pace.

So throw on your cleats (just kidding) and prepare to rule the road. Or treadmill. Or ball field. Take on the challenge whenever and wherever!

Race Kit Delivery

Your Captains Challenge custom t-shirt, finisher medal, and race bib will be mailed as one package. Shipments will begin from June 15th and will continue every two weeks, with the last shipment being on September 2nd. All bobbleheads will be shipped at the beginning of September.

Results

Participants are not required to submit their miles, but it is highly encouraged. At runYankees, we want to see you sweat (times) as you pursue your "next level" of personal excellence! You can mark your progress by entering them into the leaderboard, through your participant dashboard. All participants who COMPLETE the Captains Challenge will be able to download their finisher's certificate.

Proceeds

A portion of the proceeds from the runYankees 4th Annual Virtually United event supports the efforts of the New York Yankees Foundations and the communities it serves.
