Together at Peace Foundation

Together at Peace Foundation's mission is to support hopeful bereavement care for individuals and families across the country by delivering Together at Peace comfort kits and fundraising grants to hospitals, hospice centers and other organizations to share with those who have experienced a loss, support bereavement care programs they have in place, and inspire new initiatives.
