My Story…
Thank you YANA for helping my family with my brother Maverick, and my two brothers in heaven. Also thank you for helping my mom stay in Vancouver while not yet born and after being born in Comox and being sent to Victoria for a week (just to scare my family ;) ).
Description
Every dollar raised in the community goes to help provide financial support and accommodation to Comox Valley families who need to travel to access medical care for a child or pregnant mother.
$50 = 1 night stay at a YANA apartment in Vancouver near BC Children’s Hospital
$100 = 4 night stay at Jeneece Place, Victoria
$200 = YANA envelope of cash for family’s emergency hospital transfer
$500 = 3 nights Nanaimo hotel accommodation
$1000 = B&B for Denman & Hornby expecting mothers
$1350 = 1 month medical travel expense funding
