Help us raise money

In February of 2019, my Grandma Andrea passed away after a battle with Metastatic Breast Cancer. This horrible disease took her away from us way too soon.

On October 14th, I will be honoring her memory by participating with my mom, dad and sister, in the Miles for MBC #LightUpMBC Fun Run in Howard Beach, Queens.  We will be raising money for METAvivor, an organization who is leading the way to fund Metastatic Breast Cancer research.

We hope to find a cure for this horrible disease so no one else will have to go through the same pain that my Grandma, her family, and her friends had to endure.

Andrea, a cherished wife, sister, mother, grandmother, and friend, left us with memories of love and laughter that will forever remain in our hearts. Her devotion to her husband, brother and daughters was unwavering. Her nurturing presence and the relationship she had with her grandchildren embodied the essence of pure joy.

Andrea’s laughter and kindness touched the lives of all she encountered. From her students to friends and family, her legacy of selflessness was exemplified through her relationships, where friends became family, and strangers became friends.

With resilience and a heart full of love, she faced life’s challenges, leaving a trail of memories that will inspire us to embrace every moment with compassion and laughter.

In honor of her legacy, let us continue to uplift and support one another, cherishing the lessons of love and selflessness that Andrea shared. Her memory will forever shine as a reminder of the impact that a life lived with boundless love can have on the world.
