My Story…
Retired police and military service dogs give us their all for the majority of their lives. Once they retire, they finally get to experience just being a dog... After a lifetime of risking life and limb to protect the public, apprehend suspects, locate evidence, and find missing people, these professional good dogs deserve the very best life has to offer in their retirement. They provide a vital service to their communities and their country in their short life span, the least we can do is raise funds to keep them living longer healthier lives in their retirement! Pictured in our profile is retired PSD Hoss, who used to spend his days catching bad guys, howling at sirens, finding lost people and pets, and his handler's keys... but now spends his days opening the front door like a human, pretending he's not about to chase the cats into next week, hoarding every stuffy in a five km radius, and straight up unaliving giant care bears.
