My Story…
Please consider joining my fundraiser for Tori’s Tribe walk to fight Ovarian cancer. I have known Tori since high school, she is one of the sweetest and kindest people I know. Unfortunately, she was diagnosed with Ovarian Cancer 2 years ago and fought a grueling battle to to beat it. Thankfully she kicked it in the ass, and her lasts scans were clear. However, she now faces constant worry, annxiety and continued tests to ensure it doesn’t come back.
“Ovarian cancer ranks fifth in cancer deaths among women, accounting for more deaths than any other cancer of the female reproductive system. A woman's risk of getting ovarian cancer during her lifetime is about 1 in 78. Her lifetime chance of dying from ovarian cancer is about 1 in 108. (These statistics don’t count low malignant potential ovarian tumors.)” (American Cancer Society)
Your support will help aid continued research and funding for earlier detection, prevention and treatments.
Thank you for your support and hope to see you at the walk on Sep 30th. If you can’t walk, you can still help with a virtual registration!
