My Story…

Frank Bartoli is the founder and CEO of NEPA Inclusive, a 501c3 charitable organization that operates a variety of services through the PA Office of Developmental Programs IDD waiver system and the PA Office of Vocational Rehabilitation Employment Services, in addition to other programs.

In 2023, Bartoli fulfilled a longtime dream by opening Coffee Inclusive, a community-based coffee shop where people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and Autism would work side by side with experienced baristas and servers, earning the same wage while learning lifelong, transferrable employment and collaborative skills.

Bartoli's career spans more than 30 years of successful non-profit leadership. His disability advocacy work began long before his daughter Ellie, who has Down Syndrome, was born and he founded NEPA Inclusive. Bartoli's non-profit leadership experience includes multiple positions within the YMCA organization, including Executive Director/CEO of the Greater Pittston YMCA and Associate Executive Director of the Ambler Area YMCA, a branch of The YMCA of Philadelphia and Vicinity. He's also served in executive leadership positions with Maternal & Family Health Services, The Arc of Delaware County and The Children's Service Center, where he focused on operations and fundraising, increased grant awards, and expanding services to the adults and children these organizations serve.

In addition, Bartoli shares his decades of experience providing consulting and grant writing services for non-profit organizations through his consulting business, Bartoli Advocacy.

In 2023, Bartoli was recognized with the Change Maker Award, presented by the Greater Wyoming Valley Chamber of Commerce. He is a graduate of Leadership Wilkes-Barre and was named the 2002 Greater Pittston Person of the Year by The Sunday Dispatch. He is also a member of the PA Governor's Advisory Committee for People with Disabilities. He previously served as a board member for The Arc of Pennsylvania and was president of The Arc Community Trust of PA.

He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Recreation Management from Lock Haven University and a Master's Degree in Administration from West Chester University. Bartoli currently resides in Pittston, PA with his wife and Great Dane, Luna.
