Our story…
Most of you who have joined our team in the past, know our story of pregnancy loss. For those of you who don’t, Joey and I along with our little rainbow baby (toddler now) Carter, walk each year in memory of Baby Drover, who we lost at 16 weeks back in 2017 due to exencephaly. A rare neurological defect where the baby does not form a skull and will not survive outside of the womb past maybe a few hours. This may be our 6th year, but the pain of losing our little “what if” still lives with us every day! We appreciate everyone who takes the time to walk with us in their memory, and/or those who donate which helps to provide other parents with kits after losing their baby in support in them with a little bit of comfort and knowing they are not alone.
