Our story…
The mission of the National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc. is to advocate for African American women and girls in health, education, economic empowerment, and leadership development. Our vision is to see African American women and girls live in a world where socioeconomic inequity does not exist.
Through numerous volunteer programs focused on Health, Education, Economic Empowerment, Strategic Alliances, and Civic Engagement, young girls and high school graduates are encouraged to set high educational goals. Through our mentorship and leadership training programs, they become empowered with the attitude, "I can do anything!" As a voice for African American women and young girls, NCBW values inclusion, racial and social justice, accountability, integrity, community service, and collaborative efforts.
The Sacramento Chapter of the National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Incorporated is a nonprofit organization, 501 (c (3) # 30-0021458, offering a Fostering Hope Mentoring Program for girls 12 -18, educational workshops for adults, and collaboration with like-minded organizations.
