My Story…
Hello my name is Meadow Vuong. I am currently a 3rd grader at Parkmont Elementary school. Every year my school has a fund raising event called Panther Prowl. I will be participating in the event to raise money to support my teachers and school. If you would like to chip in a few bucks to support me and my school, I would greatly appreciate it.
Below is a more detailed description on what the money will be used for this school year. Also, all donations are tax deductible! Woohoo!
Most of the money raised will go directly to the teachers for use in the classroom. Our teachers thoughtfully purchase much-needed items throughout the year such as books, classroom and art supplies. The remaining funds will support PTA-sponsored activities and resources for the school such as:
- Math Kangaroo & Math Olympiad
- Teacher Grants
- Music for Minors II
- Reflections
- Variety Show
- Family Math, Science/Astronomy, and Reading Night
- Family Movie Night and Game Night
- Health and Wellness Program (Red Ribbon Week)
- Run Club
