The MR8K, also known as the Martin Richard 8K, is a race held annually to honor the memory of Martin Richard, a young boy who tragically lost his life in the Boston Marathon bombing in 2013. The MR8K race is not only a celebration of Martin's life but also a testament to the resiliency and strength of the human spirit. This 8K (approximately 4.97 miles) race brings together people from all walks of life to inspire change and foster a sense of community. Through the MR8K, participants help raise funds for various charitable initiatives aimed at supporting education, community programs, and positive social impact. It serves as a powerful reminder that even in the face of adversity, we can come together to make a difference.

Over the years, we have witnessed the true power of unity and generosity from our extraordinary community.
