Why I'm participating in Duck and Run
My Dad, Tye Gregg worked at Ducks Unlimited Canada (DUC) for his entire career. He instilled a love of nature and wetlands into me growing up that I have maintained to this day. We lost him to cancer in 2013, but every time I am in a lake or near a wetland, I have many great memories of him, and I get a smile on my face.
I believe wetlands are a critical ecosystem that Canada needs to ensure exist for future generations of wildlife and human beings. I have created a modest fundraising goal of $500, with all proceeds going directly to support DUC.
Please consider donating to make Canada’s lakes and beaches clean and healthy, secure the future for wildlife, and build climate resilience for our communities!
