Wetlands are vital ecosystems that play a critical role in supporting biodiversity—a lesson I learned when I was young from my parents and grandparents, who were avid environmentalists and members of Ducks Unlimited Canada. I am proud to be able to carry on their legacy through my own work at Ducks Unlimited Canada.

By participating in Duck and Run, it is my goal to raise awareness for these vital ecosystems for the health of our planet for future generations. By making a donation in support of my participation in Duck and Run, you are helping to protect habitat for more than 550 species (including 97 species at risk), safeguard our water resources, protect against the impacts of floods and droughts and mitigate the impacts of climate change.
