Brain injury is something that has existed within my family for a very long time. Now working in the non-profit sector, I have met even more people who have been impacted by brain injury, whether themselves or someone they love. Many people don’t know where to go to for support and rehabilitation. The Association for the Rehabilitation of the Brain Injured provides life changing services for their clients. Volunteering with them, I have witnessed firsthand the impact that this organization has on providing support, rehabilitation, and community.
