Hi everyone! 

Thank you so much for visiting my page! This year, I am training to run my first official race. I am very excited, and hope that I can make this a continuous future endeavour. 

If you know me, you know that I am very passionate about conducting community health research in the field of geriatrics! The older adult community is a crucially underserved population across Canada, with various gaps of care at multiple levels, including in hospitals and long-term care. My goal is to dedicate my first race to the Alzheimer Society of Calgary, to raise awareness for the various gaps in the quality of care among older adults at a global, regional, and national level. All donations will contribute towards funding health research efforts for the geriatric community across Calgary.
