Help Nick raise money

For participating in 2024 DICK'S Sporting Goods Pittsburgh Marathon Weekend

My Story…

In 2011, I lost my uncle, Rev. Nick "Chip" Pesanka, to a battle with Alzheimer's when he was just 61 years old.

My uncle Chip was an incredible athlete and an even better man.  He was a larger-than-life figure who made a positive impact on everyone he met.

Every time I run, I do it in memory of him. I can think of no better way to honor him than by running my first marathon in the city we both love so much.

I'm raising funds for the Greater PA Alzheimer's Association as a tribute to his legacy. Any support you provide will be donated to an organization who is dedicated to finding a cure.

About the Alzheimer's Association

Thank you!
