My Story…
In 2014 I was diagnosed with Stage IV PCTL-NOS, an aggressive non-Hodgkins lymphoma. Since then I have undergone extensive chemotherapy regimens and have 9 years of remission under my belt.
On May 5th 2024, I will be celebrating almost 10 years cancer free by giving back to those who gave the most along the way.
I have been given a second chance at life and this race is an opportunity to give back to an organization that has been pivotal for myself and countless others in their journey with cancer as a young adult💪🏼
I have been a member of YASU “Young Adult Survivors United” since 2017 and can testify that Stephanie and her team are a blessing for those battling cancer as young adults!
