My Story…
I am beyond proud to sponsor “Envision Blind Sports” for the 2024 Pittsburgh Marathon. Envision Blind Sports is a program that provides year-round sports and physical activity opportunities for children and adults who are blind or visually impaired.
I began volunteering for the organization as a way to honor my Grandma Shirley, who passed away this past August. My grandma lived with Retinitis Pigmentosa(RP), and was completely blind for over half of her life, but didn’t let that stop her. She was a proud member of the Blind Outdoor Leisure Development (BOLD) program and participated in many events. I feel that supporting Evision Blind Sports is a great way to continue her legacy!

WHO WE ARE: Envision Blind Sports is a program that provides year-round sport and physical activity opportunities for children and adults who are blind or visually impaired. We began championing our mission in 2006 and since then have become an official non-profit in 2017. Every year we are able to provide sports clinics, educational support, outdoor adventures, and a yearly camp to over 100 athletes.
